Step 1 : Register

Fill in personal details, declare your health status and submit form to register

Step 2 : Record Body Temperature

Upon arrival at hospital’s entrance, click ‘Record Body Temperature’, then enter your body temperature taken by personnel on duty

Step 3 : Sign Out

Click ‘Sign Out’ when you exit the hospital or allow auto sign out at midnight.
